Finished this project today. Changes the dimensions to 15x28. I would have preferred 15x34 so that it was a bit longer. But I worked with what I had! It turned out really really good. I added a applique K on the front in the fabric that matches the lining. I also put in a tag. I had to think about when to do these steps so that I wouldn't mess up totally. The tag was done just prior to this step where you stitch down the channel for the drawstring.
The applique was added just before this step where you stitch up the sides.
